What I Do
Pregnancy Health
Provide guidance to mom during her pregnancy on proper nutrition to help grow a healthy baby. I believe it’s important to provide education and teach evidence based strategies to help you feel ready for your breastfeeding journey prior to infant arriving and beyond.
Breastfeeding
Having a baby should be a positive experience, so my main focus is to create a safe and comfortable environment for you and your baby while teaching and helping you have a successful lactating journey with as few issues as possible.
Postpartum and Newborn Care
Our job isn’t done once delivery is over. In fact many can say it’s just beginning. As lactation support I am here to help you feel comfortable with achieving a deep latch, proper feeding positions, and feel confident that you and baby can have a long successful breastfeeding journey for as long as mother and baby feel it’s needed.

Insurance Coverage
We accept a wide variety of insurance plans and are in network with multiple insurance companies. Many times prenatal and postpartum consults are fully covered and unlimited!
